How credits work
- included — Paid plans grant their full price back as run credits each month. They reset monthly and don't roll over.
- hold & settle — Each run holds its worst-case cost up front and settles to actual seconds on completion. No surprise overdrafts.
- overage — Top up prepaid credits with a card, or enable auto-reload: when balance drops below your threshold, charge a fixed amount — capped per day, disabled after repeated failures.
- byo-llm — Model tokens are never billed by Reflow. Usage is surfaced in the dashboard for visibility; the spend lives on your provider account.
